Our Production + Shipping timeline is as follows:

Art Production time - We reserve a 1-2 business days (maximum of 5 business days) to complete your artwork. Because the painting is handmade by artist.

Product Production time - Depending on the product, this may take up to 1-2 business days to print pet portrait on to products

Packing & Shipping time - Once the order has been printed, it is packaged and a label is printed to be shipped the next business day, at this time every customer receives a tracking number that may take 1-2 business days to update.
The shipping time is usually 7-15 business days. You can also contact us to get tracking number if you don't receive it. Via email : sales@sintaphy.com
